Fairview House is a large and spacious 5 bedroom house in the quiet village of Colkirk, only half an hour from Brancaster, Burnham Market, Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham and many other picturesque Norfolk beaches. It's also only a 10 minute drive from the popular Godwick Hall wedding venue.
It’s within walking distance to the local pub and only a 5-minute drive from the closest town. It’s the perfect base for a group of friends or families looking for a quiet location to explore the Norfolk countryside from.

Fairview House has 5 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms and a large family bathroom. There are also 2 living areas, which make it perfect for extended families looking to get together under one roof.
Dog Friendly Holiday Cottage
We are a dog-friendly holiday cottage so you can bring your furry family to enjoy your holiday with you. We even provide a large crate and special hamper for your four-legged friend. Norfolk is very dog-friendly and there are lots of dog-friendly activities and pubs and restaurants. We can accept 2 dogs at Fairview House.
Private Garden & Outdoor Dining
With your own private patio you can enjoy alfresco dining. The outdoor dining set seats 10 people and also comes with an integrated firepit for those summer nights. We also offer a charcoal/gas hybrid BBQ.
